By downloading or using the Harfika mobile game (the "App") you accept the terms below. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

1. Nickname and Conduct

The nickname shown on leaderboards is visible to other players. Nicknames and content that contain insults, profanity or hate speech, that misleadingly impersonate another person or organization, or that are otherwise unlawful, are prohibited. If these rules are broken, we reserve the right to reset your nickname, warn you, or apply a temporary or permanent access ban to your account.

2. Virtual Items (Coins and Cosmetics)

• In-game coins, cosmetics and similar virtual items have no real-money value and cannot be converted to money. Except for transfers made through the App's own gifting feature, they cannot be transferred to other users or accounts.
• Virtual items are a limited right of use valid for as long as you use the App; they are deleted when you delete your account.
• Prices, earn rates and rewards for virtual items may change over time to keep the game economy balanced.
• Where real-money purchases are offered, payments are processed through the App Store / Google Play and that store's refund rules apply.

3. Fair Play

Cheating; using bots, automation or modified clients; sending requests to the game servers outside normal gameplay; and abusing bugs or exploits are prohibited. In such cases we reserve the right to delete the relevant scores, remove them from leaderboards, and apply an access ban.

4. Service Availability

The App is provided "as is". It is not guaranteed to run uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose; online features (leaderboards, arena, duels and so on) may be changed or discontinued for maintenance, technical necessity or product reasons. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from use of the App. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

5. Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, artwork and brand belong to its developer. You are granted only a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

The English word list is derived from ENABLE1 (public domain) and word definitions from Princeton WordNet 3.1, used under the WordNet license. The profanity filter uses the LDNOOBW list (public domain). These sources are also credited in the App under Settings → About.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page. Continuing to use the App after a significant change means you accept the updated terms.

7. Governing Law and Contact
